Introduction

Blahaj.land is committed to providing a secure and lawful hosting environment for all users. To ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain a safe community, we have established the following content rules. By using our hosting services, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

All content hosted on Blahaj.land must comply with the laws and regulations of Germany, Poland, and the European Union. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Copyright and Intellectual Property: Do not upload or host content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination: Any form of hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence and Threats: Content that incites or threatens violence, including terrorism, is not allowed.
  • Child Exploitation: Any content involving the exploitation or abuse of children is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Illegal Activities: Do not host content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, and fraud.

Zero Tolerance Policy for TRASH

Blahaj.land does not provide its services to content that is:

  • Transphobic
  • Racist
  • Ableist
  • Sexist
  • Homophobic

If your publicly hosted content is found to be any of the above, the Blahaj.land team reserves the right to terminate your account.

You will still have a week to download a copy of your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor and review content hosted on our servers to ensure compliance with these rules. If we determine that any content violates our rules or applicable laws, we may take the following actions:

  1. Immediate Removal: The offending content will be promptly removed from our servers.
  2. Account Suspension: The user responsible for hosting the content will be suspended and given a week to download their data.
  3. Account Termination: In cases of severe or repeated violations, the user's account will be permanently banned.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Blahaj.land, you are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload and host complies with our content rules and applicable laws. This includes:

  • Regularly reviewing your hosted content to ensure compliance.
  • Responding promptly to any notifications from Blahaj.land regarding potential violations.
  • Understanding and adhering to the legal requirements relevant to your content.

Data Retention and Access

If your account is suspended due to a violation of our content rules, you will have one week from the date of suspension to download a copy of your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Appeals Process

If you believe your content has been removed or your account has been suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to our staff over on the Discord server. Please include any relevant information that supports your case. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Updates to Content Rules

We may update these content rules from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our service policies. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new rules on our website and indicating the date of the latest revision.

Email communications

Your email addresses will also be subscribed to a mailing list used for less imperative messages.
Both mailing lists provide both the headers and links to unsubscribe, but since Blahaj.Land Notices will be used only for critical news the choice to unsubscribe will not be respected.
Therefore by using our services you agree to having your @blahaj.land as well as recovery email addresses put on a mandatory mailing list used for essential notifcations, as well as a general news mailing list you can easily unsubscribe from.
