Blahaj.Land News 28.04
Dear esteemed stakeholders of the blahaj.land ecosystem,
After rigorous cost benefit triangulation and a multi-stage sanity check, our Executive Plush Committee has concluded that the ongoing operating expenses for our beloved tar.black Matrix homeserver (and its trusty sidekick, Fluffychat) have become categorically unsustainable.
Effective 05.05.2025, both tar.black and Fluffychat will have story points assigned to their archival.
Effective Immediately: tar.black & Fluffychat Offline
This decisive action is driven by two critical factors:
- Domain Renewal Overload: The annual domain renewal fees for tar.black have ballooned to levels normally reserved for interstellar travel.
- Software Inefficiency Crisis: Our current Matrix stack has been consuming server CPU and memory like an existential black hole, leaving us with less operational resources essential to the upkeep of blahaj.land.
Rest assured, this suspension is but a tactical retreat. Our devops task force is already architecting a next-generation chat platform deployed to delight even the most demanding shark‐shaped plush enthusiasts, containing zero microtransaction landmines. (ekhem Discord)
Warm regards,
Business Eryn
TL;DR - tar.black/Matrix
- tar.black & FluffyChat are going offline due to domain costs & server inefficiencies.
